Due Diligence Software: from upload to report
With majiq, you review company documents on an AI due diligence platform from Switzerland. We sort the documents, check how they fit together and write a report with evidence for every finding. The specialists on your team decide.
In short
- You upload documents as they are, including as folders or ZIP files.
- We review legal, tax, financial, operational, HR and IT matters in context.
- Every finding has evidence and is checked by two AI reviewers.
- Your data is stored in Switzerland; text recognition and AI analysis run in the EU.
Who is majiq’s due diligence software for?
majiq is a product of MyScales for sellers, buyers, investors and advisors. In the data room, sellers, bidders and specialists work with their own access rights. Every time a document is opened or downloaded, it is logged.
What happens after the upload?
We recognize and sort the documents. The checklist takes the country, legal form and industry into account and shows which documents are missing. You don’t need to rearrange folders or ZIP files before you upload them.
What do we review in context?
We cross-check contracts against the annual financial statements, and the financial statements against the business plan. We recalculate revenue, EBITDA and net debt for each company. The review covers legal, tax, financial, operational, HR and IT matters.
What result do you get?
We write a due diligence report. Every finding refers to a source document and is checked by two AI reviewers. Your specialists decide. The analysis takes hours instead of weeks.
Where are your documents processed?
Your data is stored in Switzerland. Text recognition and AI analysis run in the EU. Your documents are not used to train AI models.
